| Here I made the entire scene. The swords were made using a box modelling technique and have had the same material as the knights (explained in example 3) but have had the dirt taken out. We felt that the swords should stand out and look glorious and therefore dirt and rust would prevent this. Each engravement within the swords was generated through a bump map on the steel texture. The sparks are simply where the swords clash and are generated from a particle system with motion blur. |
